The Old Town Shops building on Leroux Street was previously the Babbitt Block and a JC Penney store. The building's commercial history spans more than a century of downtown Flagstaff retail.

Joe Sorren returns here with a six-panel series depicting key moments in Flagstaff's history. The panels reference the courthouse, cattle roundups, and the Weatherford Hotel, among other scenes.

This is Sorren's second work on the tour (the first being The Veridic Garden at Heritage Square), and the two pieces together showcase his range: from Pop Surrealist fantasy to narrative historical storytelling.
